You will also act as a client account manager , ensuring a seamless hiring experience for our IT clients. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle IT Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across various technical domains . Client Relationship Management: Serve as a single point of contact for client hiring needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery . Stakeholder Management: Understand client requirements, execute sourcing strategies, and maintain strong client engagement . Sourcing Strategy & ATS Utilization: Leverage Ceipal ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring and generate data-driven insights. Leadership & Volume Hiring: Drive both lateral and leadership hiring while managing high-volume recruitment projects. Individual Contributor & Team Collaboration: Balance independent execution with team coordination to optimize recruitment efficiency. Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices . Qualifications & Experience 1+ years of IT recruitment experience , preferably in leadership hiring . Proficiency in ATS tools (Ceipal preferred) for tracking recruitment metrics. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build long-term client relationships. Hands-on experience in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and market research . Bachelor’s degree / MBA (HR preferred) with basic IT knowledge. Immediate joiners preferred! Why HARP?
