Job Description

Industry & Sector:

High-growth provider of enterprise IT consulting and digital integration services, serving clients in finance, retail, and manufacturing across global markets. Our on-site engineering teams in India build robust data-interchange platforms and mission-critical automations powered by modern Python stacks.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based integration services connecting REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and message-queue endpoints.
Create reusable adapters and transformation pipelines to move data between ERP, CRM, and cloud SaaS systems with strict latency SLAs.
Collaborate with architects to translate business workflows into microservice APIs, schemas, and event-driven interfaces.
Implement automated test suites, CI/CD jobs, and monitoring hooks to ensure 99.9% uptime and rapid rollback.
Optimize code for performance and security, conducting peer reviews and enforcing PEP-8 and OWASP guidelines.
Produce clear technical documentation and mentor junior developers on integration best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: 10+ years Python programming; proven API integration experience; hands-on with FastAPI or Flask; proficiency in JSON/XML parsing and SQL/NoSQL data stores; Git-centric workflow.
Preferred: Docker & Kubernetes exposure; experience with Celery/RabbitMQ; working knowledge of AWS or Azure services; familiarity with OAuth2/SAML security models; understanding of Agile delivery.
