Senior AI Developer(Python Developer)

Contract: 12-18 Months with possibility of extension.

Location: (Remote) Bengaluru, KA ,India

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and particularly, hands-on experience with Generative AI. You will be instrumental in building intelligent systems, from chatbots to complex web server applications, and will play a key role in identifying and implementing AI-driven opportunities that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models and algorithms, with a strong focus on Generative AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, including chatbots, conversational AI systems, and web server applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, models, and protocols for specific use cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI research and apply relevant innovations to projects.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Document technical designs, processes, and results clearly and concisely.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in implementing and deploying at least one or two Generative AI solutions.

Proficiency in Python with extensive experience in developing AI/ML applications.

• Strong practical experience in developing and deploying chatbots and conversational AI systems.
• Demonstrated experience in building and integrating AI models into web server applications.
• Deep knowledge of various AI models, their underlying principles, and their limitations.
• Practical knowledge of identifying what use cases can be solved well with Generative AI specifically, and understanding which frameworks, models, and protocols are best suited for different problems.

Hands-on experience with various AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, Keras, etc.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing and deploying multi-agent applications and systems.
• Familiarity with recent advancements and concepts in the Generative AI ecosystem, such as MCP, A2A.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
