Responsibilities

·      Perform all aspects of architectural design, including conceptual studies, programming, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents.

·      Develop strong relationships within the firm and with our clients. This includes working side-by-side in a team environment with our Managing Principals, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Emerging Professionals on active production.

·      Responsible for overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities.

·      Promote and foster collaboration and engagement with all team members.

·      Manage, direct and mentor Project Managers, Architects, and junior staff.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Architecture.  (B Arch Only)

·      10+ years of design and working experience.

·      Proficiency in AutoCad and Revit.

·      Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Photoshop is preferred.

·      Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents.

·      Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

·      Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills.

·      Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.

·      Ability to interact professionally with office leadership, support staff, and clients.

·      Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations.

·      Ability to self-manage and mange others for multiple project assignments from start to finish. 

·      Be a good team member fostering a positive work culture.
