We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Specialist to act as a bridge between the product, sales, and support teams. This role involves conducting product trainings, assisting during sales trials, onboarding new clients, and enabling both internal teams and customers to maximize the use of Uffizio’s platforms. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Enablement Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth setup of their telematics software and configurations. Customize platform settings as per client use-case or region-specific needs. Assist in understanding reports, dashboards, alerts, and other core modules. Sales Trial Support Work closely with the sales team to support active trials. Configure demo accounts, ensure relevant test data is populated, and troubleshoot queries during the trial period. Be the go-to technical contact for prospects evaluating the product. Collect feedback from trials to help improve product flow or communication. Product Training (Internal & External) Conduct training sessions for new team members (sales, support, partners) on platform features, new updates, and use-cases. Host external webinars, walkthroughs, or one-on-one training for clients and resellers. Create training content: help guides, videos, process documents, feature explainers. Product Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintain and update product documentation and SOPs. Collaborate with the product team to prepare release notes and user-friendly guides for new features. Ensure the knowledge base reflects the latest product capabilities. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with the development team to communicate product bugs, UI/UX suggestions, and customer pain points. Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate product messaging in demos, brochures, and videos. Partner with the support team to build standardized responses and self-help articles. Feedback & Product Improvement Gather feature requests and usability feedback from clients. Analyze trial behavior and user flow to identify friction points. Provide insights to the product team for roadmap discussions or prioritization. Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a Product Specialist, Technical Trainer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or SaaS onboarding role. Experience in telematics , fleet management, or IoT platforms preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong technical aptitude; able to explain complex features in a simple way. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and demo environments. Proficiency in creating presentations, flowcharts, training content, and knowledge base articles. Basic understanding of APIs, GPS device behavior, or fleet operations is a bonus. Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented and process-driven. Proactive, responsive, and customer-focused. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and handling multiple ongoing trials. Nice to Have Experience in SaaS implementation or product education roles. Basic video creation/editing skills for training content.
