Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Bangalore & Tirupati

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Product Specialists to join our Spine and Cardio divisions. This role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals, supporting surgeries, and promoting our medical devices through in-field training and product demonstrations

.Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hospitals regularly and meet with doctors to introduce and promote our products.
• Be present in the Operation Theatre (OT) during surgeries to assist doctors with our instruments.
• Ensure proper product usage and provide technical support during procedures.
• Participate in initial training to understand product application and OT protocols.
• Post-training, take ownership of product demonstrations to doctors, hospital staff, and distributors.
• Generate leads, develop strong relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel locally between assigned hospitals and cities.
• Comfortable working in OT environments during surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Freshers are welcome; relevant training will be provided.
