Contact Person - Manisha Bhatia. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled IT Presales Consultant to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with client needs and company capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business needs. Analyze client infrastructure and recommend suitable IT solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts (POCs). Develop and tailor proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations. Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. Address technical queries during the sales cycle and facilitate effective communication between customers and technical teams. Keep updated with latest technology trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic inputs. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and site visits as needed. Support contract negotiations with technical clarifications and insights. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in IT presales, solution consulting, or technical sales (X+ years preferred). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, cloud, storage, cybersecurity, and software solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience with preparing RFP/RFI responses and proposals. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus. Certifications like AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware, or relevant vendor technologies are advantageous. Preferred Attributes: Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
