Product Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing efforts for our AI-driven products. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, storytelling ability, and market insight to effectively position and promote our AI solutions to target customers and stakeholders.

As the voice of the product in the market, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering—to drive product adoption, generate demand, and communicate value to enterprise and technology buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AI products, from positioning and messaging to launch and demand generation.
• Craft compelling product narratives that translate complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated business value propositions.
• Create high-impact marketing assets, including product briefs, whitepapers, case studies, solution sheets, sales decks, and web content.
• Partner with Product Management to deeply understand product features, roadmap, and user personas.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support enablement efforts with messaging frameworks, objection handling, and training materials.
• Conduct competitive research and market intelligence to inform product positioning and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Work with the Digital and Demand Generation teams to execute targeted campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and refine marketing strategies to improve conversion and ROI.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
• Proven success in positioning technical products and launching them into competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills tailored to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and product data to inform decision-making.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML developer tools, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in B2B marketing or marketing for early-stage AI products.
• Understanding of the AI product lifecycle, ethical considerations, and regulatory landscape.

Pay: From ₹288,856.35 per year
