Role Overview

Product Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Strategy

• Conduct competitive research, product benchmarking, and clinical need assessments
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define product roadmap priorities
• Translate business goals into functional and technical product specs

User Research & UX

• Conduct user interviews with clinicians, patients, and therapists
• Map real-world clinical workflows into digital product experiences
• Work with designers to create wireframes, mockups, and user flows
• Prioritize usability and accessibility in product design

Execution & Delivery

• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), feature briefs, and user stories
• Work closely with developers to track sprints, resolve blockers, and review builds
• Ensure timely QA and testing of features before release
• Coordinate with clinical and implementation teams for deployment readiness
• Understand privacy, security, and compliance standards in digital health
• Help structure EHR modules (appointments, notes, assessments, reporting)

Feedback & Iteration

• Monitor product usage data and user feedback
• Propose iterative improvements based on insights
• Track KPIs such as engagement, retention, and feature adoption

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working on or contributing to

  healthtech products

  (preferably EHR, AI health tools, or mental health apps)
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex workflows and design intuitive, user-friendly solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mindset with high ownership, urgency, and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Figma, Jira, or similar
• Strong preference for candidates with:

  5+ years of experience

  in healthcare, consulting, operations, or engineering with a clear intent to transition into product management
