We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Expert to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power BI, advanced analytics, and data engineering. You will be responsible for creating complex dashboards, implementing advanced data transformations, and providing strategic insights to meet business needs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards with complex data visualizations.
Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create custom measures and calculations.
Implement advanced Power Query/Big Query techniques for data transformation and modeling.
Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, track business metrics, and implement advanced reporting solutions

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in data modeling and database management.
Hand-on experience in Advance Excel , Power Bi, DAX Programing , Power Query/Big Query techniques, SQL and Google Sheets.
Solid understanding of data visualization principles, UI/UX design for dashboards, and storytelling with data.
Hands-on experience with API Integration as data sources.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Technical background

ETL Processes

Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using Power BI or external tools like SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

Data Integration

Ability to connect and integrate data from various sources (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, Google Analytics).

Statistical Analysis

Understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation.

PowerBI Visualization & CoPilot

Must have a experience in a great visualization to prepare reports, trends, and use integrated AI for result analysis and recomendations.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in a related field such as:

Computer Science
Information Technology
Data Science
Statistics
Mathematics
Business Analytics
Engineering (any relevant discipline)
Master’s Degree (optional, but advantageous for advanced roles):
MBA with a focus on Business Analytics or Information Systems
Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics
