This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: pune JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through strategic paid marketing initiatives, helping scale our performance marketing efforts while ensuring efficient return on ad spend (ROAS). Requirements Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) platforms to achieve acquisition and ROI goals. Analyze and report on campaign performance data, derive insights, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization. Manage budgets and bids across multiple campaigns to maximize ROI while maintaining efficiency. Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives tailored to specific audiences and platforms. Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders. Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tools to track campaign performance and attribution. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital channels. Optimize landing pages in collaboration with the product/design team to enhance conversion rates and reduce bounce rates. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven track record of managing significant monthly paid budgets across channels. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools. Experience in running A/B tests, optimizing ad creatives, and refining audience targeting strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus. Experience with automation tools, data feeds, or dynamic creative optimization is advantageous.
