mail:- info@naukripay.com Performance Specialist will be responsible to create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analysing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth. Increase consumer outreach and convert the community into loyal consumers of the brand. Responsibilities Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsManaging budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CACImplementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationEnsuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsAnalyse and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysisImplementing marketing automation and lead generation strategiesWorking closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present resultsStaying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologiesIdentify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsEffectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPI’s)Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposesDeliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channelsVolume target setting and achievement for the brand’s website, while maintaining a healthy ROAS Skills and Qualifications:- Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channelsIn-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AD WordsDeep understanding of data or data modelling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholdersExceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalizedProven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus n ROIOutstanding presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skillsCritical thinker and creativeBachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant fieldStrong product understanding of the fashion and social trends relevant for the business Salary Range : Upto 6.5 LPAWork Mode: Work from OfficeLocation: Ecotech-1 Ext, Kasna, Greater Noida Show more Show less
