At Entain India, we make the impossible possible, together.As aPeople Solutions Analyst - Oracle you will be responsible forstrives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.Reporting to theHead of Global People Solutionsyou will be part of thePeople solutions at Entain, whoThe ideal candidate will hold excellent knowledge of testing methodology to ensure the successful delivery of our technical enhancements. You'll work closely with the People team & technical stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant testing strategy and applicationYou’ll also ensure governance items relating to testing are satisfied, supporting our future vision of improved products, services and customer journeys - so able to look at the big picture and be in the detail as required.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios/ scripts based on project specifications.
• Execute test cases to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in software functionality.
• Document and track issues found during testing, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential usability issues and edge cases.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform functionalities, including incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management
• Good knowledge in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, Absence Management, Talent Management, etc. Understanding the functionality, configuration, and integration points of these modules is essential.
• Proven experience in software testing, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
