Job Title: System Creation Head (SCT Head) Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi Company: Valeur Fabtex Private Limited Maximum Age: 35 Years Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in System Design & Operational Excellence (Preferably from RJ Science Classes or similar institutes) Gender: Male candidates preferred Salary: As per industry standards About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven System Creation Head to lead the strategic development and implementation of organizational systems across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust systems using checklists, SOPs, dashboards, scripting, and Power BI to streamline operations and ensure efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all functional departments. Build FMS (Facility Management System) and operational checklists to ensure system compliance and efficiency. Lead system creation and automation initiatives using Power BI, Excel, and scripting tools. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for continuous monitoring of KPIs. Implement automation logic and scripts for routine system tasks and reporting. Ensure seamless integration and tracking of systems through regular audits and feedback. Provide training and documentation to relevant departments for all new systems and tools deployed. Collaborate closely with the MIS, HR, BD, Procurement, and Project teams to align systems with business objectives. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in system creation and operational control Expertise in Power BI for report generation and dashboard building Hands-on experience with script writing (Excel macros, VBA, or automation tools) Strong understanding of FMS workflows and structure Ability to design structured checklists and SOPs from scratch Strong analytical and documentation skills Prior experience in RJ Science Classes or similar structured educational setups is mandatory Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Data Analytics / Management or related fields Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented individual Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple system modules concurrently Maximum age: 35 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: 108 Month: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: RJ Science Classes (Required) Work Location: In person
