Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities of an MIS Executive: 1. Data Management and Reporting Collect, process, and maintain large volumes of data. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and various departments. Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting. Automate regular reports to improve efficiency. 2. Database Maintenance Manage and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance. 3. Technical Support Provide technical support for business software and systems used in reporting and analysis. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution. 4. System Improvements Analyze current systems and suggest enhancements or new tools for better data handling and reporting. Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and implement tailored solutions. 5. Documentation and Compliance Maintain proper documentation for processes, systems, and reports. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. 6. Coordination and Communication Liaise with different departments (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to gather requirements and provide insights. Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros). Knowledge of SQL, ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills
