MERN Stack Developer

Node.js (2+ years)

1 year of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js.
• Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of total software development experience.
• 2+ years of strong experience in back-end development using Node.js.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with MERN.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Good understanding of web security, performance optimization, and deployment.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, TypeScript.
• Prior experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha.
