Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or maintenance. The ideal candidate will support engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring high performance, safety, and efficiency in systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and products.
Create 2D/3D CAD models and detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo.
Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance calculations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and electrical engineering.
Support the manufacturing process with process improvements, troubleshooting, and cost reduction efforts.
Perform testing, validation, and failure analysis on mechanical systems.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in design, product development, or industrial maintenance.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo).
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, casting, sheet metal).
Understanding of engineering principles and material properties.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with FEA/CFD software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Exposure to GD&T, ISO, and ASME standards.
Project management or cross-functional leadership experience.
