Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems used in manufacturing and process control environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and modify PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) to control automated machinery and processes. Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and system documentation. Conduct on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and support of control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve PLC and control system issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of control systems. Prepare documentation such as functional design specifications, user manuals, and reports. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to existing PLC systems. Provide support during equipment upgrades, retrofits, and new installations. Required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. Proficiency in at least one major PLC platform (e.g., Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works). Knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, iFIX) is an advantage. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel to client sites if required. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience in robotics or motion control systems.
