About the Role

Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead holistic 360° marketing strategies tailored to India, aligned with brand and commercial objectives
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, and experiential channels
  • Lead local activations, partnerships, sponsorships, and events to build brand love and awareness
  • Drive platform-specific strategies for Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce players (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto), including campaign planning, merchandising, and seasonal calendar alignment
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to boost visibility and conversion on key platforms through content, deals, and performance marketing
  • Manage the regional social media and digital content calendar in collaboration with agencies and global teams
  • Partner with product and sales teams to launch new products with strong GTM strategies and market-specific messaging
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and continuous optimization
  • Act as the brand custodian for the portfolio in the region, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and customer experience
  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality output on time


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally in consumer electronics or tech

  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Hands-on experience in managing marketing for Amazon, Flipkart, and/or quick commerce platforms
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce growth levers: platform media, A+ content, ratings/reviews, merchandising, and seasonal calendar execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and agile environment
