Job Title:

Loyalty Program Manager (FMCG / Retail Channel)


Location:

Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Full-Time, On-Site)


About the Role:

Loyalty Program Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design & Implementation

  • Translate the existing physical loyalty scheme into a digital platform.
  • Lead implementation of the new loyalty app integrated with ERP (Logic) and SFA (Bizom).
  • Work with external vendors to define, test, and launch the platform.
  • Plan pilot rollouts, monitor performance, and prepare for national scale-up.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between internal sales team, software partners, distributors, and leadership.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and rollout of the program to distributors and field teams.
  • Ensure distributors correctly credit points to retailers based on secondary sales.

3. Technical Oversight & Integration

  • Coordinate with internal IT and vendor teams for API integrations, logic mapping, and KYC workflows.
  • Monitor sync between primary billing (from ERP) and point allocations.
  • Ensure real-time visibility and data integrity in distributor and retailer transactions.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as verified sales, reward redemption rates, distributor compliance, and retailer satisfaction.
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze program health and drive improvements.
  • Troubleshoot operational gaps and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Business / Engineering / IT
  • 5–10 years of experience in

    FMCG, Loyalty Programs, Trade Marketing, or Channel Engagement

    .
  • Prior experience running or implementing

    digital loyalty solutions

    for General Trade retailers preferred.
  • Understanding of

    channel sales (distributors + retailers)

    in FMCG.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, ERP & SFA
  • Working knowledge of tech integrations and mobile/web platforms (Whatsapp API, CRM, etc)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and project management abilities.
