MW Mines Pvt. Ltd. (Dr. Lime) owns and operates a 335-hectare chemical grade Limestone deposit. The proper utilization of these high-grade mineral resources has positioned MW Mines as a leading limestone supplier, known for its process-oriented approach and quick delivery times. Since mining began in November 2007, the company has consistently strived to be the best merchant limestone company, continuously evolving and optimizing output through the use of advanced techniques. In addition the group through its company Subaan Lime Private Limited is also executing India first integrated limestone grinding unit, which will involve a large logistic system for raw material and finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing logistics strategies:

This includes optimizing supply chain processes, managing inventory levels, and negotiating with suppliers and carriers.

• Managing transportation:

This involves selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Overseeing warehousing and inventory management:

This includes managing warehouse operations, tracking inventory levels, and minimizing storage costs.

• Improving logistics processes:

This involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Supervising logistics teams:

This includes hiring, training, and managing logistics staff, as well as providing guidance and support.

• Analyzing data and key performance indicators (KPIs):

This involves monitoring logistics performance, identifying trends, and making data- driven decisions to improve operations.

• Collaborating with other departments:

This includes working with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

• 8-10 years of experience

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:

Essential for identifying and resolving logistics issues.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills:

Important for working with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and management skills:

Necessary for supervising and motivating logistics teams.
