Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sourcing, organizing, and presenting data to drive successful lead generation and email marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who thrives in data-intensive environments and is passionate about creating effective strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Research, source, and compile targeted lead lists using various data tools and platforms.
• Analyze customer profiles and behavior to develop highly-targeted lead generation strategies.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and accuracy.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage leads and drive conversions.
• Segment email lists based on customer data, interests, and behaviors to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor, track, and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve campaign performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improving lead generation and nurturing processes.
• Prepare regular performance reports to track the success of email campaigns, lead conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance targeting, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.

Collaboration & Strategy Development:

• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to align on campaign goals and objectives.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• Continuously test and experiment with new tactics, creative approaches, and technologies to improve lead quality and email performance.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar roles within data-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Experience working with data management and reporting tools to analyze lead generation and campaign performance.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of data sourcing, segmentation, and analysis.
• Ability to craft targeted, data-backed email marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in data analysis techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on writing clear and compelling email content.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in companies focused on data generation, data analysis, or report preparation.
• Strong knowledge of lead nurturing processes and customer segmentation strategies.
