Position Overview:

Lead Generation Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct B2B lead generation through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, inbound strategies, and targeted advertising.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads for services such as SEO, SMO, PPC, branding, content writing, and website/app development.
  • Understand client pain points and effectively pitch tailored digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop strategies that optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM records with accuracy and detail, tracking each lead through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, conversion rates, ROI, and optimization strategies.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal web and design teams to align service offerings with market demand and client expectations.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in lead generation or business development in the digital marketing or web development domain.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMO, etc.) and website development technologies (HTML, WordPress, PHP, etc.).
  • Experience within CRM tools or HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen ability to monitor and improve performance metrics.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a proactive approach to solving challenges.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms for B2B lead generation.
  • Ability to create basic proposals or presentations for client pitches.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus.
