Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical and digital marketing roles including Developers (PHP, WordPress, Laravel, React, etc.), SEO/SMO Executives, PPC Experts, Content Writers, Project Managers, and CRM/ERP Consultants. Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance), employee referrals, and internal databases to source qualified candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, industry background, communication skills, and technical compatibility. Job Description Creation: Collaborate with department heads to create clear and detailed job descriptions for new and existing roles. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain communication and feedback loops. Technical Understanding: Possess a basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Development, ERP, CRM, and Mobile App technologies to align hiring strategy with business goals. Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present weekly and monthly hiring performance reports, analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.), and suggest improvements. Talent Pool Management: Build a strong pipeline of future talent by maintaining relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Employer Branding: Promote Digital Hub Solution’s culture and values to attract top-tier talent. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment within a Digital Marketing and Software Development environment . Strong understanding of various job roles in IT, Digital Marketing, ERP/CRM, and App Development domains. Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize recruitment strategies. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Basic technical knowledge of web frameworks (PHP, Laravel, WordPress), SEO, SMO, PPC, and Google Analytics. Experience in recruiting for ERP and CRM roles (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo). Exposure to hiring for mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native).
