Job Location: Hyderabad, India. Requirements About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly skilled Senior / Lead Creative Designer to lead and inspire our design team. This role requires a visionary design leader with a strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to think both creatively and logically with a business-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be a role model who guides the team through every phase of the design process — from concept to execution — across multiple channels including print, digital, video, and UI/UX. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Develop and execute comprehensive brand design strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee and produce creative outputs across print, digital, video, and UI/UX projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored for Sales teams and client pitches. Design UI/UX screens for internal digital products, working closely with product teams. Conceptualize and design event booth graphics, brochures, whitepapers, social media content, and video assets. Maintain and continuously enhance brand guidelines, adding new elements as needed to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies including the use of AI powered design tools. • Encourage and train the team on leveraging AI tools and keeping up with evolving design best practices. Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des), Visual Communications, or equivalent from a Tier 1 college is mandatory. • Preferred 8+ years of professional experience in an agency or fast-paced design environment. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design teams. Deep understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into creative design solutions. Expertise in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and PowerPoint. • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print, digital, video, and UI/UX projects. • Exceptional conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines. Experience designing for multiple platforms and mediums, including presentations, landing pages, social media, and website assets. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of and willingness to explore AI tools for enhancing design workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on internal product UI/UX design. Comfortable working in an on-site Hyderabad office environment. Passion for staying updated on design and industry trends. Ability to mentor junior designers on new-age tools and methodologies.
