Job Summary:
The L&D Operations role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of training
programs, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and logistics for both virtual and
classroom-based sessions. The role involves managing training calendars, handling LMS
operations, tracking attendance and feedback, and maintaining training records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute training programs across functions, regions, and business
units.
Manage training logistics including scheduling, venue bookings, trainer coordination,
and material preparation.
Update and manage learning content on the LMS (Learning Management System).
Track and maintain training attendance, feedback, certifications, and MIS reports.
Support the rollout of induction, onboarding, compliance, technical, and behavioural
training programs.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, business leaders, trainers) and external vendors
for seamless program delivery.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through post-training surveys and feedback
analysis.
Ensure all L&D documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with audit
requirements.
Monitor and report key learning metrics and analytics to the L&D team and business
stakeholders.
Support the design and execution of learning & engagement initiatives success stories,
recognition programs, etc.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/ MBA in any discipline
