Role Description:

Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing tailored digital strategies, overseeing content creation and execution, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering marketing solutions accordingly.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to each client across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative, design, and video teams to deliver engaging and effective content that aligns with client goals.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor social media content calendars and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets and campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; offer insights and optimizations based on data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure clients remain ahead in their digital presence.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and improving client results.
  • Ensure all communication and documentation is timely, clear, and professional.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO), paid media campaigns, and content planning.
  • Ability to create engaging, relevant, and high-performing content across social platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – capable of handling client calls, pitches, and reviews independently.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.


Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.
