Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to join our team and serve as the go-to person for our valued clients. This role is all about building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring our work consistently exceeds expectations. If you're someone who loves Social Media, connecting with people, managing projects, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do:


Be a Social Media Pro:

* Stay on top of trends across platforms like Linkedln, Instagram, YouTube, and GMB.

* Guide clients on how to leverage these platforms effectively to grow their presence.


Build Strong Relationships:

* Be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

* Develop trust and long-term partnerships by understanding client goals and challenges.


Drive Client Success:

* Create and execute strategies tailored to client objectives.

* Look for opportunities to enhance client results, whether through upselling, cross-selling, or innovative solutions.


Collaborate for Impact:

* Work closely with our talented designers, marketers, and developers to deliver top-notch projects.

* Keep everyone aligned on timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.


Solve Problems with Grace:

* Address any concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring clients feel heard and cared for.

* Offer creative solutions to challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities.


What We're Looking For:

* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing setting.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

* Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

* A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.

* Someone who's approachable, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
