Job Title: SEO Analyst

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Marketing
• Digital Media
• Communication
• Journalism
• Computer Science or a related field

Professional Certifications (Bonus but not Mandatory):

• Google Analytics Certification
• Google SEO Fundamentals (via Coursera or LinkedIn Learning)
• HubSpot SEO Certification
• Yoast SEO Training
• SEMrush or Ahrefs Certification

Required Experience:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in:

• On-page & off-page SEO
• Keyword research and content optimization
• Technical SEO audits & performance monitoring
• SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborating with content, design, and web development teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth keyword research aligned with business goals
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawl issues, page speed, mobile responsiveness, indexability, etc.)
• Develop and manage an effective link-building strategy (white-hat only)
• Monitor Google Search Console and analytics to track performance and indexation
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with insights and action points
• Collaborate with content teams to create search-optimized blog and website content
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes, ranking factors, and industry best practices
• Support paid campaigns with organic insights when required

• Ubersuggest, Moz, Yoast SEO, RankMath
• PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Core Web Vitals analysis

• WordPress / Webflow / Shopify (basic CMS experience)
• Trello / Notion / Asana for task tracking
• Excel or Google Sheets for reporting & data analysis
• Slack / Microsoft Teams / Notion for team collaboration
