Java Programmer Developer

About Position:

We are looking for a talented Java developer to join our team and help us build amazing web applications. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of our application from designing and building user interfaces to troubleshooting and debugging.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using Java technologies.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and integrate them into projects when appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and tools.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Core Java 8 expertise Proficiency in Core Java 8 (must have) and Python (good to have),
• Experience in Microservices and Spring boot.
• Data structures, Algorithms, Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with code review tools Possess an extremely sound understanding of basic areas of computer science such as Algorithms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good to Have Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Lambda, API Gateway, ECR, ECS, Lex etc.
• Excellent coding skills in Java, Great problem-solving skills and propensity to learn.
