Job Description

As the Senior IT Head, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, and the ability to align tech strategies with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
Own the technology vision and roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Oversee cross-platform mobile application development (iOS, Android, Flutter/React Native, etc.).
Guide frontend and backend teams working with modern stacks (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, PHP, etc.).
Implement best practices for coding standards, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA automation.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure user-centric design across platforms.
Ensure timely project delivery with proper documentation, code reviews, and agile practices.
Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies (PWA, AI/ML, APIs, Cloud, etc.).
Manage IT infrastructure, data security, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and mobile app publishing lifecycle.
Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
Deep understanding of modern front-end (React, Angular, Vue), backend (Node.js, Java, PHP, Python), and mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-native development.
Familiarity with app store deployments, performance optimization, and monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and SDLC.
Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, client expectations, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience in product-based or service-oriented IT companies.
Exposure to SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, or custom application development.
Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), PMP, or enterprise architecture are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
