Job Description

Description The person has a primary responsibility to lead and execute the IT and Information Security Audits across the India within the various industries such as Telecom, Technology, Banking, Energy, Healthcare etc. The candidate should be capable of leading IT Audit engagements. Through interaction with client and project MD, the candidate will develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional client service. Tech Audit & Advisory Minimum 1.5 - 4 years experience in IT SOX/ITGC, SOC1/SOC2, ITACs, IPEs, and Information Security Audits with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, preparation of Risk & Control Matrix, Leading the walkthroughs and control testing. Preferred Audit Knowledge of Emerging Technology like Cloud infrastructure, Regulatory compliance requirements for Financial Services / FinTech companies like SEBI, RBI Guidelines, Data Privacy compliance audits will be an added advantage. If not, atleast knowledge of the above is a must. Strong team management skills , report writing, audit documentation and presentation skills is a must. Desired Skills : IT SOX/ITGC, SOC1/ SOC2 and Information Security Audits. Certifications: CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/ LI, CCSK, Certification son Data Drivacy. Preferably consulting experience or from industry who handled global delivery works in terms of IT Audits Project & Team Management: Act as project manager responsible for overall planning, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects. Leads the planning and implementation of projects including timelines, risk mitigation, resource allocation. Responsible for all workflow management activities for Team members, working collaboratively with management as well as onshore teams, to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Develop and maintain productive relationships with key engagement team contacts, i.e., engagement director and on-shore Counter parts. Serves as a role model and primary counselor to direct reports. Mentors, coaches, and assists in the development of direct reports. Drives performance management process including, touchpoints, quarterly evaluations, and year-end review process; works collaboratively with leadership and Talent on performance management issues. Quality Assurance Should have strong knowledge in performing quality assurance of the work in terms of Audit workpaper/Reports to identify gaps if any and ensure quality delivery is provided to the clients. Should be able to perform root cause analysis around the gaps identified and able to suggest remedial measures and ensure action points are implemented.
