Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the field sales team in closing enterprise software deals, primarily in the EMEA and APAC regions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and identify potential clients in target regions (East Africa, North Africa, Middle East, India). Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and webinars. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and technical teams to understand service offerings and client needs. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and pipeline data. Schedule client meetings, product demos , and follow-ups. Assist in creating customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotations . Track and report on key metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, pipeline health). Stay updated on banking technology trends, Flexcube updates, and market competition . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in banking or enterprise software solutions . Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal. Ability to understand technical solutions and explain value propositions effectively.
