In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and online engagement
• Explain cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, compliance, and secure development to prospects
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales and technical teams
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
• Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and follow-up
• Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalize outreach
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and opportunity generation targets
• Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract follow-up
• Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and Reflect’s service offerings

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) preferable.
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them simply
• Available to join immediately
• Graduation: Any graduation with a passion for sales.
