  • Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Implement and refine HR policies to drive operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring accurate employee data management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing HR metrics and streamlining operational workflows.
  • Lead the deployment of new HR digital tools and systems, enhancing service delivery and employee engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and employee data management.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Must have experiecne in using KEKA.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in implementing HR digital transformation projects.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
