🔷 We Are Hiring – HR Manager: Corporate Office (Manufacturing) 📍 Location : Vimannagar, Pune Responsible for the corporate office while guiding plant‐level teams. Deliver compliant, data-driven people solutions that lift productivity, engagement, and culture across all manufacturing locations. #AreaResponsibilities# Core HR Operations • Run end-to-end recruitment, payroll, PMS, L&D, and engagement programs • Maintain 100% statutory compliance; lead audits and documentation • Publish HR dashboards; convert insights into actionable improvements • Develop and implement policies & SOPs People Development • Coach and coordinate a multi-site HR team • Conduct TNA; design and track development plans for all employees • Drive succession planning, competency mapping, and skill-upgrade initiatives • Embed an open, collaborative culture through regular team connects Plant HR Interface • Partner with plant leadership on manpower planning and productivity metrics • Champion safety, discipline, and quality-system adherence • Resolve HR-related customer complaints via RCA and robust CAPA • Allocate and monitor daily HR tasks for plant teams Operational Excellence • Analyze absenteeism, attrition, and performance trends; execute corrective actions • Optimise headcount utilisation and reduce non-value-added labour costs • Oversee welfare, infrastructure, and safety facilities from an HR lens • Support cross-functional CI and cost-saving projects Profile Required Education : MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations Experience : 10–12 years in HR, preferably with multi-plant manufacturing exposure Expertise : IR & labour law compliance, talent management, HRMS/HRIS, data analytics Competencies: Strategic mindset, strong stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, good communication, and change leadership. 📩 Interested candidates may apply at mgrcorphr@poshsmetal.com
