Role Overview:

HR Director

You will report directly to the executive team and partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with Droidal’s business goals as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

  Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels and drive employer branding initiatives.

• Training & Development:

  Build continuous learning programs and career pathways that enhance employee skills and engagement.

• Compensation & Benefits:

  Design competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits policies to motivate and retain key talent.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure all HR processes and policies comply with Indian labor laws and safety regulations.

• Payroll & HR Operations:

  Oversee payroll processes and HR systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

• Employee Relations:

  Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture; resolve conflicts effectively and manage grievances professionally.

• Strategic HR Planning:

  Align HR priorities with Droidal’s business goals; forecast future workforce needs and implement HR initiatives that support company growth.

• People Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR team to deliver results with integrity and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12 to 15+ years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise across HR domains: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Compliance
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or healthcare company is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
