Founded by NIT Alumni, Donatekart has won many awards like 40 Under 40, Nasscom Social Innovation Award, etc and are incubated in T Hub, Hyderabad & Zone Startups, Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai. We are a first of a kind platform that enables donors to directly donate products to NGOs/Charities online instead of money.

 

In the last 7+ years, we were able to create 7000+ campaigns, raise over 250 Cr+ worth of Donations to support over 2800+ charities. Over 9,00,000+ unique donors used our platform to channelize donations to charities of their choice.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assigning tasks, collecting feedback, and updating the recruitment status.
  • Manage consultancy relationships and agreements.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters and draft employee agreements.
  1. Administrative Tasks:

  • Supervise asset procurement and management.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.
  • Handle couriers, daily allowances, visitor passes, and ID cards.
  • Manage and process invoices related to administrative expenses.
  1. Onboarding:

  • Conduct introductory sessions for new hires.
  • Create email IDs and provide access to necessary software.
  • Set up accounts in HRMS software and assist with the creation of bank accounts, PF accounts, and health insurance policies.
  1. Employee Grievances and Welfare Activities:

  • Organize employee engagement sessions and team outings.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances.
  • Plan and execute work anniversary celebrations, performer of the month recognitions, and distribution of birthday and festival goodies.
  1. Payroll Management:

  • Oversee the processing of salaries, bonuses, salary advances, revisions, variable pay, and overtime payments.
  • Manage leave encashments and ensure accurate payroll administration.
  1. Performance Management:

  • Coordinate appraisals and promotions.
  • Work closely with management to restructure roles and determine salary hikes.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Compile and coordinate reports when required.
  • Draft and distribute various HR-related letters, including offer letters, experience and relieving letters, employment letters, promotion letters, salary revision letters, transfer letters, NOC, and salary certificates.
  1. HR Audit and Compliance:

  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with leave policies, gratuity, and other organizational policies.
  • Review and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
