We are seeking an experienced and committed HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment and comprehensive employee life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offer/appointment letters, confirmations, exits
• Manage helpdesk queries and resolve employee grievances within TAT
• Coordinate with client teams to ensure satisfaction and identify engagement opportunities
• Follow up on payment-related escalations and support the operations & billing teams
• Use

  Advanced Excel

  tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS) for reporting and data support

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency is a must
• Experience with government/corporate deployment projects is preferred Industry
