Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for our expanding IT organization. The ideal candidate will bring both operational expertise and strategic insight to align HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, and exit formalities
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement effective HR strategies
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure a positive work environment
  • Conduct and manage performance appraisals and employee growth planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices
  • Leverage HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven improvements
  • Lead organizational change, communication, and culture initiatives
  • Manage HRMS/ERP tools to ensure accurate HR data management
  • Support strategic talent acquisition and coordinate with hiring managers

Key Requirements

  • 7-9 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HR tools like Zoho People, SAP, or Workday
  • MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
