Job Title: HR Intern Location: Belgaum, Karnataka Duration: 3-6 Months Department: Human Resources Reporting to: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation. Support training and development initiatives. Participate in HR projects and process improvement activities. Respond to employee queries with guidance from senior HR staff. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree , Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
