Job Type : Internship (3-6 Months) Stipend : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 Per Month Location : Delhi NCR Internship Type : Hybrid / Delhi NCR / Work from Home (Remote) We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People team across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and operations. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles Support onboarding and documentation for new hires Maintain and update HR databases, records, and trackers Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives Assist in drafting HR communication, policies, and memos Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and basic compliance Shadow and support HRBPs in daily people operations What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in all core HR verticals Exposure to a high-growth, founder-led startup environment Mentorship from senior HR and business leaders Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance Qualifications Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields) Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and hungry to learn Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and modern HR tools Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory
