Job Title : Digital Marketing Lead Location : Belagavi Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 1-2 years in digital marketing Reports to : Marketing Head Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to strategize, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.). Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and user engagement. Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc. Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign ROI. Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members and freelancers. Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for integrated marketing initiatives. Monitor competition and stay updated on the latest digital trends and tools. Key Skills Required Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads SEO and SEM expertise Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) Strong content marketing and copywriting sense Marketing automation tools experience (Zoho, or similar) Excellent project management and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred Prior experience in managing teams or agencies Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
