About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive & Internal Recruiter


Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks across departments to support smooth business operations
  • Coordinate documentation, scheduling, reporting, and internal communications
  • Support internal hiring processes: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and employee data management
  • Maintain organized records and assist in preparing reports for management
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely task follow-ups and process alignment
  • Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and operational requirements as and when required


Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operations roles (remote experience preferred)
  • Experience with recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and basic project/task management platforms
