Define and articulate the product growth vision and roadmap. Prioritize initiatives using a data-driven approach aligned with business goals and user needs.
Leverage tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Firebase to extract insights from user behavior. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve product performance.
Design and implement experiments across the user journey using tools like Unleash. Drive continuous iteration and learning through structured testing.
Own the end-to-end user funnel from acquisition to conversion. Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve drop-offs and maximize ROI on user engagement.
Translate business objectives and user insights into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and content teams to execute growth initiatives effectively. Serve as the point of alignment across functions for all growth-related priorities.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth and regularly monitor, analyze, and report progress. Use data to inform product decisions and future roadmap planning.
Actively participate in improving the product experience through structured feedback loops, qualitative research, and observation of usage patterns.
● 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on growth in consumer tech.
● Strong working knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4), A/B testing platforms (e.g., Unleash), and mobile-first user funnels.
● Experience in defining and monitoring product KPIs and using insights to iterate quickly.
● Demonstrated ability to translate data into high-impact product decisions.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
● A user-first mindset with a strong bias for action and outcomes.
● A functioning, scalable experimentation pipeline is in place.
● Clear, upward trends in key engagement metrics such as videos watched per session, time spent, and repeat usage.
● Organic sharing of the app increases.
● Conversion to premium subscriptions shows steady growth.
