Job Title: Growth Product Manager (6y+) Location: Bengaluru, India (On-site) Function: Product | Growth NIRA is building the leading financial brand for Middle India, a market of 200 million people underserved by traditional banks. With customers in 5,000+ cities & with growth engine on, we process 15,000 new loan applications daily, growing 12-15% MoM. NIRA is solving a massive problem with technology-first lending, offering instant credit via our mobile app. At present, the fulfilment of loans happens via our banks and NBFCs that we have risk sharing partnerships with. In future we’ll lend on our own balance sheet as well as undertake co-lending models. Role Overview As a Growth Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, partnerships, and marketing - building conversion-optimized user journeys and scaling via NBFC and MarTech integrations. To be effective in the role, you’ll ruthlessly prioritize the 20% of effort that drives 80% of results. Working closely with Engineering, Credit, and Operations, you’ll proactively spot execution risks, surface trade-offs early, and keep teams aligned from scoping to shipping. Key Responsibilities NBFC & API Integration Lead product initiatives that accelerate NBFC partner integrations (onboarding, disbursals, repayment flows). Own the end-to-end experience and execution for new partner lender onboarding (KYC, policy throughput optimisation, compliance and disbursal TAT). Funnel Optimization Own conversion metrics across onboarding, application, loan journey, and repayments. Design and test A/B experiments across the user journey. Partner with design to address drop-offs and improve user intent capture. MarTech Infrastructure Drive integration of tools like Mixpanel, MoEngage, CleverTap, or in-house stack. Set up event tracking and automated journeys across SMS, WhatsApp, push, and email. Work closely with growth marketing to enhance re-engagement and upsell strategies. Skills & qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. Proficiency in Python (or another statistical programming language) and SQL, with strong quantitative skills. Proven ability to interpret complex data accurately and deliver actionable results. 6+ years of product/growth experience in fintech, lending, or B2C tech. Strong understanding of NBFC/loan lifecycle flows and evolving data & regulatory compliance Fluency with analytics tools (Amplitude, BigQuery, GA4) and experimentation frameworks. Ability to thrive in high-ownership, cross-functional environments. Do business training and drive the team towards business oriented thinking and outcomes.
