About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Growth Marketing Lead who thrives on building brands, scaling performance campaigns, and crafting impactful offline activations. If you live and breathe experimentation, customer psychology, and conversion funnels — while also having a knack for storytelling and brand experience — this role is your stage.
You’ll partner directly with the leadership team to lead multi-channel marketing efforts, shape our brand presence, and drive sustainable growth across acquisition, retention, and engagement.
What You'll Be Driving
Offline & Brand-Led Growth
Conceptualize and execute high-impact offline campaigns: events, trade activations, exhibitions, print media, and local brand integrations.
Develop and own the brand strategy, ensuring consistency in voice, design, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Performance & Digital Marketing
Own paid marketing across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a clear focus on ROAS and CAC.
Design and implement SEO/SEM strategies to capture high-intent traffic and grow organic visibility.
Growth Experimentation & Funnels
Launch and test new acquisition channels: referral programs, partnerships, affiliate networks, or influencer tie-ups.
Collaborate with product/design teams to optimize landing pages and user flows that boost conversion rates.
Retention & Customer Lifecycle
Build and manage end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing: from email to WhatsApp campaigns, loyalty journeys to reactivation loops.
Analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and LTV drivers to drive repeat business and engagement.
Team & Strategy Ownership
Lead a small but mighty marketing/content team to execute with speed and precision.
Define and track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and brand metrics — and communicate insights to stakeholders with clarity.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably with exposure to both offline and digital strategies.
A generalist with a specialist mindset — equally comfortable in a Google Ads dashboard as you are briefing a creative agency.
Experience in interior design, furniture, or construction sectors is a big plus.
Strong communicator and storyteller — able to articulate vision and data with equal impact.
Action-oriented — you don’t just plan, you build and ship.
Comfortable with 6-day workweeks in a startup hustle environment.
Always curious, analytical, and unafraid to get your hands dirty.
