About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of project documents, reports, and presentations 2. Help track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure smooth progress 3. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed for project coordination 4. Support the team with documentation, permit submissions, and tracking of approvals 5. Assist in formatting architectural documents (PDFs, reports, presentations) 6. Maintain drawing logs, specifications, and revision histories to ensure accuracy and version control Requirements: 1. Possess 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes 2. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 3. Show familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage tools (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) 4. Have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit 5. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Key skills: 1. AutoCAD and Revit 2. Architectural documentation and design processes 3. Permit coordination and construction documentation 4. Strong organizational and communication skills 5.
