Job Summary:

Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust microservices using 

  Go (Golang)

  .
• Implement high-performance, secure, and efficient APIs using 

  gRPC

  .
• Integrate and work with 

  Kafka

   for distributed messaging and stream processing.
• Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to ensure smooth delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.

Required Skills:

• 5–12 years of hands-on experience in 

  Golang

   development.
• Strong knowledge of 

  gRPC

   and 

  Kafka

  .
• Deep understanding of 

  microservices architecture and design patterns

  .
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and other API standards.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and concurrency handling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or service meshes.
• Experience in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Background in fintech or data-driven applications.
