Full stack Developer/Backend Developer/NodeJS

• Design, code and deploy end-to-end web applications using Node.js, React/Vue, and RESTful services.
• Develop robust back-end APIs, integrating relational and NoSQL data stores for low-latency access.
• Implement microservice architecture, containerising services with Docker and orchestrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimise application performance, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering-excellence standards.
• Collaborate with UX, QA and DevOps teams to turn product requirements into production features.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor logs, and deliver hot-fixes within tight SLAs.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4-11 years professional JavaScript/TypeScript development focusing on Node.js back-end.
• Hands-on building REST/GraphQL APIs with Express.js or Fastify.
• Proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and automated testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha).
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in India and collaborate in Agile ceremonies.
  

Preferred

• Exposure to React, Vue, or Angular front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP deployment and serverless functions.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven design.
• Understanding of micro-frontend patterns and WebSockets for real-time apps.
• Experience setting up observability stacks—Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.
• Contributions to open-source or tech community engagements.
